Interested in visiting the festival as a socio-cultural group? Mail to groepen@jeugdfilm.be

This year and only this year alone, we have a new project GAME ON, wich allows us to welcome the quick decision makers for FREE in the XL-Medialab in the morning (10am-12pm). E-mail quickly to reserve your spot.


In your mail, please include this information:

  • which activities do you want to do? Film and/or XL-Medialab/GAME ON?
  • which day(s) and dates would you like to come?
  • for which ages?
  • which location(s) would you like to visit?

Also indicate in your e-mail which subjects, genre or language skills interest you. Together we will look at which film(s) suits your specific group.

FAQ

What in case of cancellation?

  • free cancellation up to 1 week before the activity
  • from less than 1 week: full price charged
  • if the festival or event cannot take place, we will cancel the reservation free of charge

What if we do end up with fewer participants?

  • Let us know as soon as possible how many you are coming with, so we can still offer the vacant places to other visitors
  • we prepare the invoice or full price based on the number of visitors actually present
